Tracking FAQ
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email. You can also find it by logging into your account and viewing your order details.
We understand that it might be frustrating to not get real-time updates on your order’s current location. During peak season, it is normal if your package is shipped without tracking information, but you can be assured that your package will be delivered within our committed timeframe. This can be due to (but not limited to) weather incidents, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs.
